Dr. Paul R. Carter or "Brother Paul" as we call him, has been our pastor for over 30 years. He is also the founder of Central Arkansas Baptist Bible Institute or CABBI.

Justin Haley is our youth pastor. Justin comes from Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan, Arkansas and is currently attending CABBI.
